Hardcoated vs Non-hardcoated
Hardcoating allows extra scratch and chemical resistance for applications that typically endure constant exposure to water such as in the bath or shower.
This hardcoating is similar to what you would have on your phone.
Typically kitchen splashbacks do not require such a product.
For markerboard use, we recommend hard-coated panels — they resist ghosting and clean back to a sharp, clear surface every time.
